If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers. By submitting a payment, you authorize the charge of the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s own terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically packed and dispatched within one (1) business day, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges or losses resulting from an incorrect address may not be reimbursed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.

8. Wholesale and Business Inquiries
